1. The present terms set forth the terms of use of the service www.vrisko.gr (referred to hereinafter as “the Service”), provided by the company “EIDISEOPHONIKI HELLAS – COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME – AUDIOTEXT SERVICES- INTEGRATED IT AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES" with the distinctive title “NEWSPHONE HELLAS SA” (referred to hereinafter as “the Company”).

3. For the users’ convenience, the home page of the website features the most popular categories of businesses or professionals. The user may, by selecting any of the aforementioned categories and by specifying the location sought, seek the required information faster.

4. The Service provided on this website and the content published herein including the maps, photos or videos, may be used solely for personal, non-commercial use. The use of the website for commercial purposes is forbidden.

5. It is clearly stated that the order in which the listings appear (ranking order) does not indicate any recommendation on the part of the Company towards any listed business or professional per type of listing. However, there is a difference in the order of appearance of the results between paid advertisements and free listings.

6. Any interested business or professional may be listed in the vrisko.gr Catalogue. In particular, any interested business or professional may forward to the Company [either by means of the “Free Listing” form or by means of any other available means of communication, indicatively by means of e-mail or telephone call] its own details (specifically: business name, type of business, registered offices) in order to be included in the Company’s Catalogue, following the indicated procedure. It is clearly stated that the completion of the “Free Listing” form and/or the relevant communication to this purpose may only be carried out by the professional or business that wishes to be listed at www.vrisko.gr (hereinafter «the Free Listed»). The registration of a professional’s or business’s details, either in return for payment or free of charge, the transmission/ registration of illegal content, or of content that violates third party rights or is contrary to commercial ethics is strictly forbidden.

7. The Free Listed is under the obligation to declare his full, true, accurate and up to date details at the relevant fields of the “Free Listing” form and/or his communication by any available means with the Company and to inform the Company of any change or modification thereof (for the details to appear up to date). The Company bears no responsibility for the publicity materials that the Free Listed is forwarding to the Company (indicatively, trade name, trademark, telephone number) and the Company neither verifies nor crosschecks such. For the accuracy and the legality of such publicity material the Free Listed is solely responsible against the Company and any third party and the relevant competent authorities.

8. It is, furthermore, stated that the Service provides the option of a preferential listing in return for payment. The relevant terms and conditions may be found at https://vriskodigital.vrisko.gr or by calling 18333.

9. All listed businesses and/or professionals understand and accept that their communication details (indicatively telephone number, email address) may be used by the Vrisko.gr users through the application that is offered at the vrisko website and in particular through the options “Free Call” for communication by phone or «Send an email» through the communication form of vrisko.gr (noreply@vrisko.gr). The Company does not verify the communication details of any given sender and does not undertake any responsibility for the verification of the senders’ communication details and/or the communication content. All listed businesses and/or professionals, furthermore, consent that vrisko.gr may communicate with them using their communication details for the purposes of the provision of the vrisko.gr services.

10. The user and/or the listed company/professional is responsible for its access to the present website and the Service and is under the obligation to use the present Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the accepted standards of morality. It is clearly stated that the users of the Service and/ or the listed professionals/ businesses are forbidden to use any technical means to access the Company’s Catalogue. Indicatively, the use of software for automated data mining (data extraction) either for personal or commercial use is strictly forbidden.

11. This website is the Company's property. The Service and the content (including, but not limited to data, databases, software, photos, videos, information, logos, distinctive marks) that appear on the website are strictly intended for personal use and are protected by copyright and by trademark laws. Their mere appearance on the website does not constitute transferring ownership or assignment of such. Any copy, reproduction, presentation, adaptation, modification, publication and distribution in whole or in part of the Service and/or the content of the website in any way whatsoever, whether the content belongs to the Company or to any third party, is forbidden. The modification and/or deletion of intellectual property rights, trademarks or photographs that appear on the website or on the relevant maps is also forbidden.

In case that any listed business or professional forwards to the Company material to upload in its listing, such as photographs, logos, trademarks, the aforementioned business/ professional declares that it either possesses the relevant intellectual property rights, or it possesses the relevant licenses of the lawful proprietor for the posting of the material on the website www.vrisko.gr and that the material to be uploaded does not violate third party’s intellectual property rights. The Company is not responsible for any violation of third-party intellectual property rights due to uploading/posting material forwarded by the listed business/professional.

13. The content and the Service are provided “as is”. The Company is not responsible for the availability, adequacy, validity and completeness of the information. The routing application from one address to another or from an address to a point of interest is the result of an algorithm and may not be the shortest possible. The Company is not responsible for users’ decisions based on information that is contained on this website or that becomes available through this website. Every user is solely responsible for the protection of his personal equipment and software against viruses.

14. The Company cannot guarantee that the Service shall always be available without interruptions and that it will operate free of faults and disruptions. Interruptions may occur due to technical conditions that the Company cannot control, especially in case the Internet is unavailable. Furthermore, interruptions may also occur when maintenance or update works are being carried out. The user/ and or the listed business/professional acquiesces to such, which, were possible, shall be carried out outside normal working hours. Such temporary unavailability of the Service shall not be considered a fault. The Company is not responsible for any type of damage that the user or the listed business/professional may suffer due to the use and/or unavailability of the use of the Service and /or the information of this website.

15. REVIEWS The users may, upon creating a vrisko.gr free account and accepting the present Terms, submit a review of the professionals/businesses that are listed in vrisko.gr, whose services they have received and who have not stated that they do not wish to accept reviews. Correspondingly, all listed businesses and/or professionals (whether free listed or paid advertisements) have the opportunity to receive feedback regarding their business and the services provided by them.

(i) Conditions for receiving reviews –listed business’s ability to respond. All listed businesses and/or professionals on vrisko.gr (whether free listed or paid advertisements) have the opportunity of being notified when a new review is posted on their listing, provided that they have informed vrisko.gr at the time of registration or inform vrisko.gr at any time thereafter of their business email address and grant vrisko.gr with the relevant permission to communicate with them in relation to reviews. The businesses and/or professionals, subject to the aforementioned conditions being satisfied, are notified via email every time a new review is published on their listing. The businesses/ professionals whose email is not available on vrisko.gr, are hereby informed that, when the first user review is published on their listing, the competent vrisko’s office will attempt to communicate via telephone or sms, to inform them on the issue and collect and complete their business email on their listing. The listed business/professionals, upon being notified regarding the publishing of a review on their listing, may respond through a relevant link (with no need to sign in to their account). The business’s response shall appear beneath the user’s review. Every listed professional/ business may call 2109472300 (selecting “Directory Inquiries” for the available options) to add an email to their vrisko.gr listing, thus enabling them to receive notifications and respond to user’s reviews. Listed businesses or professionals may use this same method of communication to declare that they do not wish to receive reviews regarding their business listing.

• In order to publish a review, the user must have purchased the products or received the services of the professional/business they are reviewing.

• The review must be relevant to the business and the products or services provided therefrom.

• The review must be sincere.

• The review must not contain blasphemous, offensive or insulting content or content contrary to good faith and fair dealing practices.

• The review should not contain personal data.

• A business competitor, nonrecipient of the listed business’s or professional’s services, is not allowed to proceed to publishing a review, thereby spreading false or deceptive information, as this constitutes unfair competition.

• A professional/business may not review their own business.

• Reviews must be submitted voluntarily and not in exchange for any financial compensation.

(iii) Procedure. In order to submit a review, users must register for free on vrisko.gr, providing their email address and accepting the present Terms of service. The review consists of a star rating (from 1 to 5) and/or the posting of text, at the discretion of the reviewer. Exceptionally, when a business/professional receives a rating of 1, 2, or 3 stars, the submission of review text is mandatory. User reviews that contain text are subject to approval prior to publication on the reviewed business's profile, based on the criteria and terms outlined below. The users may access the reviews they have submitted through their profile on vrisko.gr and may delete or edit any review they have submitted. Any edited review will be anew subjected to the approval process (if it includes text). Furthermore, users may track the status of each review they submitted via their profile, and if a review has been rejected, they will be informed of the reason for its rejection. It is noted that businesses' responses are not subject to the approval process, subject to the Company’s right not to post or to remove responses containing clearly offensive, blasphemous content or content containing personal data.

(iv) Disclaimer. The Company reserves the right not to post reviews that, indicatively and without limitation, contain clearly offensive, blasphemous, or defamatory content, content contrary to good morals, content containing personal data etc. However, under no circumstances will the Company distort user reviews, indicatively by solely publishing positive reviews and deleting negative ones. It is explicitly stated that under no circumstances will a contractual relationship between the Company and the listed business/professional affect the approval and posting of reviews. While the Company informs users submitting reviews that they must have purchased the products or received the services of the professionals they are reviewing, it is explicitly stated that the Company does not guarantee the origin or reliability of reviews and does not implement processes to ensure that posted reviews originate from users who have actually used the services or purchased the products of the professionals they are reviewing. It is, furthermore, explicitly stated that the Company is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of user reviews and does not undertake their verification. The responsibility for ensuring the lawful content of reviews and that reviews comply with applicable laws and good morals lies solely with the user submitting the review, and the listed entity responding, each being solely responsible in the event of use of unlawful content, illicit comments or phrases in their review or response, or for submitting false or sponsored reviews.

(v) The Company retains the personal data of users submitting reviews in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Vrisko.gr may contain links to other websites that are controlled by third parties. These links are provided to simply facilitate the users. It is not implied that the Company supports such web pages or accepts their content. In case the use of such links is selected, the user should be aware that he leaves the Company’s web page and that the Company has no control over the web pages of third parties. Therefore, the Company shall in no case be held liable neither for the content of the web pages to which the links direct, nor for the protection of the privacy of the information that the user provides when visiting such third –party websites nor for any financial or other damage or loss that the user may suffer. The present Terms do not apply to third-party websites. The user should act cautiously and be informed of the privacy policy of the visited websites.

16. The personal information of the users who wish to be included in the Company’s Catalogue shall be processed for the provision of the Service and for the promotion of the Company’s products and services in accordance with the protection of personal data legislation. The use of the Service by the users indicates their consent for the processing of their data by the Company for the provision of the Service.

17. The users may contact the Company on 210-9472300 or by sending an e-mail in the e-mail address info@vrisko.gr or a fax at 210-9472280. Through the aforementioned contact methods, the user may also confirm the data that the Company keeps in its computer systems, and/or request correction, modification or deletion thereof. In case the user wishes to be deleted from the Company’s Catalogue, the user should send a signed request for the deletion of his listing to the fax number 210-9472280 or to the e-mail address info@vrisko.gr. In case the Company does not receive a signed deletion request by the user, the Company may retain the user’s listing on its Catalogue.

19. The Company has the right to make modifications or additions to the Service and these terms of use of the website. Any modification will be announced on the www.vrisko.gr website.

20. The use of the Service presupposes the unconditional acceptance of these present terms of use.

21. These terms of use are governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Athens will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from or in connection with these terms of use.
