Company Description

Rooted in a family legacy deeply connected to the olive oil industry, Lymperis Estate was established to oversee the entire process – from nurturing our olive trees to employing state-of-the-art, environmentally conscious extraction methods and bottling the resulting premium product, right here in our ancestral home, the birthplace of Muses.
As the fourth generation of our family, we have committed to continuing the cultivation of our family's olive trees and modernizing our historical resources with cutting-edge olive mill equipment.
Our focus is on extracting olive oil in its purest and most refined form. Our mission is to safeguard the inherent qualities of olives and craft an olive oil that is abundant in polyphenols and essential nutrients.
To achieve this, we have taken the initiative to plant over 4000 new olive trees in the past three years, complementing the cultivation of our existing olive groves, all executed using the most natural and sustainable methods available.
