I went to this clinic specifically to get an ultrasound (υπέρηχος) for my pregnant cat. After arriving, I was kept waiting only to be told they did not even have an ultrasound doctor on duty.
Instead of being honest upfront, the staff tried to push an X-ray on my pregnant cat—which can be dangerous for early-stage developing kittens. When I refused the X-ray, the vet roughly grabbed my cat by the neck and attempted to take her out of the room into the back area away from me. When I insisted they handle her in front of me, they only checked her temperature, spent barely 5 minutes with us, and sent us out.
To make matters worse, they charged me a full €40 consultation fee for doing practically nothing, forced me to sign waiver paperwork under pressure, and provided zero help for why I actually came. Very poor handling, terrible transparency, and high-pressure staff. Avoid this clinic if you want transparent, safe care for your pets.
